Our Maintenance Guarantee gives you the assurance that our management will promptly resolve any major maintenance issues. This guarantee covers all appliances, electrical fixtures and wiring, plumbing, and entry locks. If issues are not resolved within two business days, the resident will receive FREE rent until it is.
- The Maintenance Guarantee covers the following:
- Entry Locks
- Outlets
- Lighting
- Plumbing
- Shower Bathtub
- Toilet
- Faucets Sinks
- Refrigerator
- Microwave Oven
- Convection Oven
- Water Heater
- Dishwasher (if applicable)
- Garbage Disposal (if applicable)
- If the issue is not resolved within two business day, the resident will receive FREE rent until the issue is resolved. For example: if the issue remains unresolved for a total of four business days, the resident will be credited the value of two day’s rent. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
- The Maintenance Guarantee is offered to all residents who meet the following qualifications:
- The resident has paid rent on time for the past three consecutive months.
- The resident has conformed to the conditions of hisher lease agreement for the past three consecutive months.
- The resident must:
- Submit all requests to management via telephone and writing.
- Make the unit accessible to maintenance personnel during the two business days following the request.
